We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Dermatologist with strong expertise in Dermatology, Aesthetics, and Cosmetology The role involves diagnosing and treating a broad range of skin, hair, and cosmetic concerns while delivering safe, personalized, and high-quality clinical care.

The ideal candidate should combine strong medical knowledge with practical experience in aesthetic procedures, patient consultation, and cosmetic dermatology. You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, performing relevant procedures, monitoring patient outcomes, and maintaining high standards of clinical safety and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Dermatology

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and clinical assessments for skin, hair, and nail conditions
• Diagnose dermatological conditions and recommend appropriate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develop personalized treatment protocols based on patient needs, medical history, and clinical assessment.
• Monitor treatment progress, outcomes, and patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with appropriate medical and safety standards.

Aesthetics & Cosmetology

• Perform and oversee appropriate aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures based on qualifications and clinical expertise.
• Assess patients for suitability for aesthetic treatments and clearly explain expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
• Provide personalized recommendations for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, acne, scars, hair concerns, and other cosmetic requirements.
• Ensure proper pre-treatment assessment, procedure execution, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, products, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic dermatology and cosmetology.

Patient Care & Collaboration

• Build strong, trusted relationships with patients through empathetic communication and professional consultation.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions clearly.
• Address patient concerns and provide appropriate follow-up support.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, ethics, and professionalism across all clinical activities.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Dermatology, or Cosmetology.
• Relevant recognized medical qualification in Dermatology with appropriate registration and credentials.
• Strong clinical knowledge of dermatological conditions, skin health, hair disorders, and cosmetic concerns
• Hands-on experience with aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Strong understanding of patient assessment, treatment planning, clinical safety, and post-procedure care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
• Strong attention to detail, clinical judgment, and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to explain complex medical and aesthetic treatments in a clear and reassuring manner.
• Passion for aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, skin health, and emerging dermatological technologies
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in dermatology and aesthetic care.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of patient outcomes and overall treatment quality.
