Job Description

seeking a BC/BE General Dermatologist/MOHS surgeon for an outpatient practice:

• Full-time; 36 patient contact hours per week with one admin day
• General Dermatology / Mohs
• Salary of $536,000 + sign on bonus
• Average between 28-32 outpatient visits daily

Medical Group:

• Consists of 32 physicians and 23 mid-level providers in multiple specialties (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, dermatology, behavioral health, oncology and wound care, cardiology, and pulmonology) conducting clinics in Fort Atkinson and 5 surrounding communities.

Affiliate with:

• 49-bed not-for-profit, independent community-based hospital which serves a regional population of close to 90,000.
• ED is staffed 24/7 by EM-residency trained physicians & advanced practitioners.
• Adult hospitalist program.
• Specialty Clinic providing urology, neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology, GI, nephrology, pulmonology, rheumatology, plastic & reconstructive surgery.
