Dermalogica Skin Bar is geared to today's consumer who's seeking a skin health system recommended by trained skin therapists providing them with the results they seek in the minimum amount of time by pin pointing the customer's main concerns and delivering solutions in an up-tempo, professional and well-educated manner.
Dermalogica currently has one Beauty Therapist position available at our Skin Bar located at David Jones in the Rundle Mall, Adelaide.
Company Benefits:
The Role - Part Time (20 hours per week). The roster will be selected Weekdays, alternate Weekend's, and alternate Friday nights. Roster may be altered to suit business needs.
As a motivated Beauty Therapist your primary role will be to represent Dermalogica as a Brand Ambassador. As a Counter Team Member and Beauty Therapist you will provide expert advice on skin health in the form of Dermalogica's customised Face Mapping Skin Analysis and coach consumers through their personalised skin care needs at the Dermalogica Skin Bar. You will be performing skin treatments both on counter and in the beauty room. You will be responsible for driving the success of the Skin Bar ensuring monthly targets are met and outstanding customer service is consistently delivered.
The Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in beauty therapy with an excellent knowledge of the skin care industry ideally with supervising experience and have exceptional retail skills & passionate about educating consumers about their skin. We seek a charismatic, results-oriented, self-motivated candidate with a proven track record of success.
