Job Description

[What the role is]

This role is focused on developing a knowledge management and analytics platform that enhances information discovery, and drives data-driven insights on supervisory effectiveness.

[What you will be working on]

  • Design, develop and manage an AI-enabled knowledge management hub that consolidates institutional knowledge, improve information discovery and support staff queries through chatbot and intelligences search functions

  • Support the automation of supervisory effectiveness data collection from line supervisory departments, transformation of collected data into meaningful dashboards, reports and visual insights to support monitoring of risk-based supervision effectiveness

[What we are looking for]

  • Design the overall framework for creating, organising, maintaining and retrieving institutional knowledge, including policies and procedures, FAQs, guidance notes, past cases and decision records

  • Work with TG to build a platform that supports intelligent search, chatbot-based queries, document summarisation and recommendation of relevant materials

  • Able to structure and maintain living documents with clear taxonomy and version control

  • Knowledge of how AI systems ingest and retrieve structured content
