Job Description

The Deputy Vice President, Operations Change & Outcomes is accountable for driving the Operations Roadmap, focused on operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience uplift. The role owns the operational outcomes of change, integrating impacts from policy administration migration, product implementations, strategic initiatives, and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated Operations Roadmap to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer experience improvement.
  • Oversee operational readiness, migration execution, and post‑go‑live stabilisation for the Policy Administration system replacement.
  • Govern operational impacts arising from product launches, strategic initiatives, and regulatory changes, ensuring safe and customer‑centric implementation.
  • Drive end‑to‑end process reengineering and automation to reduce manual work, improve quality, and strengthen operational controls.
  • Own business test management across UAT, migration, regression, and operational readiness, including expanding automated test coverage.
  • Manage prioritisation and capacity planning across operational change demand and key resource groups.
  • Maintain cohesive operations process architecture aligned with enterprise technology architecture.
  • Provide clear, outcome‑focused reporting to senior leadership and surface risks and trade‑offs for timely decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in operations transformation, large‑scale platform change, or enterprise delivery roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex business change impacting operations at scale.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Core system/policy administration transformation
    • Business process re‑engineering and automation
    • Business test management and test automation
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services strongly preferred.
