Assist the Team Leader in planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
Supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective team performance
Review project deliverables, reports, designs, and technical documents
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations
Support procurement processes, bid evaluations, and contract management
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
