We are looking for a strong leader who can combine commercial thinking with a passion for home furnishing and customer experience. As a Deputy Sales & Com-In Manager, you will play a key role in driving business performance, creating inspiring shopping experiences and leading teams towards sustainable growth.

This position offers a unique development opportunity and is designed as a succession role with the long-term objective of taking over the Sales & Com-In Manager position in the future. You will work closely with the management team, develop your leadership capabilities and gradually take on broader responsibilities across both the Sales and Communication & Interior Design functions.

Your responsibilities

• Strengthen IKEA's position as the leader in Life at Home in the local market.
• Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Identify and maximize business opportunities based on customer insights, market trends and performance analysis.
• Secure a consistent and positive customer experience throughout the store.
• Inspire customers by presenting the IKEA home furnishing offer through strong visual merchandising, store communication and range presentation.
• Support the planning and execution of store layout, commercial activities and communication solutions that strengthen the IKEA brand and business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop and implement business plans, priorities and improvements.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop co-workers within Sales and Com-In, creating a high-performing and collaborative culture.
• Take an active role within the management team and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Ensure the implementation of agreed priorities and share best practices across the organization.
