Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in nickel smelters, mining, or heavy industry
Proven experience assisting or leading project management activities on major EPC projects
Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Solid understanding of the full EPC lifecycle engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning
Skilled in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Good knowledge of HSE and QA/QC standards in industrial projects
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, or related fields)
Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (P6); PMP certification is a plus
Willing to work at project sites as needed
