Responsibilities: To assist Project Manager in implementing project. To oversee Engineer prepared method statement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress, other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams. To oversee project costs are kept within budget, the completion of site activities are within the specified time frame. To assist, co-ordinate with Client on submissions, drawing, installation, authority requirements, variation orders, inspections, testing, commissioning requirements. To perform tasks at work site, attend client meetings, sub-con meetings.
Requirements: Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Electrical, Electrical, Electronic. At least 7 years work experience in building construction ACMV Electrical Project, DATA CENTRE Project. Have experience of ACMV contractor more than 7 years or Data Centre project more than 3 years Possess leadership skills with the ability to control subcontractors. Good knowledge in ACMV and Building Automation System ( BAS ) interfacing testing. Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills.
