Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Masters degree in technical field
• 10+ years of Program Management experience.

• 5+ years managing multiple complex programs or a program portfolio.
• Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation
• International mind set, overseas experience a plus
• Minimum bi-lingual (English mandatory)
• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.

Experience managing customer-facing executive relationships.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Program Director is responsible for the successful execution and profitability of a portfolio of customer programs from acquisition through production handover. The role provides strategic leadership, governance, risk management, and organizational alignment to ensure all programs achieve customer satisfaction, financial objectives, quality targets, and timing commitments.

The Program Director leads Program Managers and cross-functional teams, drives portfolio performance, and serves as the primary escalation point for major program issues both internally and with customers
