1. Provide effective operation to ensure the TN & bulk gas station is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.

2. Ensure compliance with process safety, quality, and MOC’s requirements.

3. Assist the Cluster Manager in management of plant activities to achieve safety and quality objectives global best practices, ensure customer satisfaction in safety, product supply reliability & quality, continuous improvement and operational costs effectiveness.

支持区域经理管理完成安全质量目标，确保客户对工厂安全质量及产品可靠性的满意度，持续优化运行成本。

4. As the main contact with local government, keep good relationship and communication with local Safety Regulation, Quality Regulation, Security Regulation, Operation data Regulation and other regulation bureaus, acquire updated information from local bureaus and take lead to improve site condition.

作为公司与地方政府部门沟通的主要窗口，负责与当地应急管理、市场监管、公安监管、运营数据监管等政府主管部门保持良好的沟通与合作关系；及时获取相关政策法规及监管要求的最新信息，并牵头推动工厂持续改进，确保现场运营符合政府监管要求 。

5. As key contact window with customers, the primary responsibility of this position is to represent AP in timely communications with customers on operational matters and following customers’ communication and issue escalation protocols. Coordinate with site team and relevant internal and external resources for resolution of any issues Actively identify operation risks and improvement opportunities to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.

作为与客户沟通的关键窗口，该职位的主要职责是在运营相关事项上及时代表空气化工（AP）与客户进行沟通，并遵循客户既定的沟通及问题升级流程。协调现场团队以及相关内部和外部资源，推动各类问题的及时解决，协调现场团队及相关内外部资源，推动各类问题得到及时有效解决，提高安全质量和效率 。

6. Assist the Custer Manager in leading and teaching AP safety policies / procedures, provides AP safety standards, facilitates safety improvement plans, A primary responsibility of this position is safety of all operations personnel. The position facilitates planning, organizing, auditing and follow up, to build AP safety culture in operation.

协助区域经理领导并培训员工落实空气化工（AP）安全政策和操作程序，推广和执行公司安全标准，推动安全绩效持续改进。该岗位的核心职责是保障所有运行人员的人身安全。通过策划、组织、审核及整改跟踪等管理活动，推动安全文化建设，持续提升工厂安全管理水平和安全绩效。

7Response promptly to quality and process alerts, actively support upset handling to minimize quality impact (no shortage on quality). And proactively identify, analyze, and resolve potential quality issues.

对质量和过程报警信号做出快速反应；积极处理意外事故以尽量减少对质量产生影响（无任何质量缺陷）；积极主动地寻找潜在的质量问题，分析问题并找出解决方案 。

8. Interface with support resources (i.e. PPE, OTS, E&M and Supply Chain) in driving plant operations efficiency, productivity and meeting customers’ expectations.

协调资源（如PPE,OTS,E&M,供应链）提高工厂运行效率，满足客户要求 。

9. Manage all the contractors’ activities who work at site, ensure all the contractors following up AP EH&S policy and local national laws; termly audit contractor BSP book and activities, find the gaps and take action to improve contractors management.

负责管理所有在厂区作业的承包商活动，确保承包商遵守空气化工（AP）的EH&S政策及当地国家法律法规要求；定期审核承包商BSP记录及现场作业活动，识别存在的差距并采取改进措施，持续提升承包商管理水平 。
