Manager - Zonal HRJob Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for sales employees, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, induction, and exit formalities across the assigned zone.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management - Lead and execute recruitment processes for the assigned zone, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage talent pipeline, succession planning, and employee retention programs.
Performance Management - Implement and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Support managers in addressing performance issues and recognizing high performers.
Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within the zone. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll inputs, leave management, and record-keeping. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances related to human resources.
Learning & Development - Identify training needs within the zone and coordinate with central L&D teams to implement relevant development programs. Support career progression and skill enhancement initiatives for employees.
HR Business Partnering - Act as a strategic HR partner to zonal business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Generate HR reports and analytics to track key HR metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Provide insights on workforce planning, attrition, and employee engagement.
Culture & Engagement - Drive initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and promote a healthy work-life balance within the zone.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience required in Business HR role/ Talent Acquisition / Sales HR role
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
