Job Title

Deputy Manager - UtilityTo maintain the all utility systems and equipment within the plant by maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards.

· Responsible for carrying preventive maintenance as per schedule.

· Should have knowledge in Current safety systems/safe working practices.

· Operations & Maintenance of Utilities. Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs/ overhauling with precision

· To work with & support a team of engineers for carrying out various types of operations & maintenance.

· Responsible for cold rooms & AC’s maintenance activities.

· Should be familiar with Utility equipment like Boiler, Air compressor, nitrogen plant, chillers operation & maintenance.

· Should ensure no leakages air/ brine/chilled water /nitrogen/ RT water/ steam in the plant

· Co-ordination with QA, production, EHS and Engineering team.

· Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.

· Follow permit system as per the work carried out.

· Responsible for the closure of work orders.

· Housekeeping to be maintained in the utility block premises

· Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) as per related works.

· Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.

· Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.

· Responsible for following Environmental Guidelines, EHS Guidelines.

· Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence.
