The ideal candidate will have a substantial track record with 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in utility planning and machinery maintenance within a large-scale automotive or industrial environment.
Experience should include implementing maintenance methodologies such as CBM, TBM, TPM, and having exposure to cost reduction projects, process improvements, and automation deployment.
Proven expertise in managing CNC machines, PLCs, and engine assembly processes is essential, alongside competence in operating and maintaining sophisticated testbed systems.
Prior leadership roles where developing teams, managing cross-functional relationships, and delivering results under pressure are demonstrated will be highly valued.
Demonstrated success in budget management and spare parts procurement aligned with operational strategies is desirable.
Preferred industries include automotive manufacturing, heavy machinery production, industrial equipment manufacturing, and other related sectors where advanced manufacturing processes and technology-driven operational excellence are commonplace.
Candidates with backgrounds in companies focusing on high-precision manufacturing, process optimization, and stringent quality control standards will find this role particularly aligned with their expertise.
Experience within industries that prioritize sustainability, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies will be beneficial.
A postgraduate degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred to complement extensive practical experience.
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or related process improvement disciplines will add significant value to the candidate’s profile.
Additional qualifications related to EHS and OHSAS standards, as well as specialized training in CNC and PLC technologies, will be an advantage.
