Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As the Deputy Manager - Tractor Assembly at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the assembly line operations within the Tractor Assembly & Testing department. • Handling complex coordination among cross-functional teams including procurement, quality assurance, and vendor relations
• Supervisory experience in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve production objectives

Experience in methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization techniques will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with modern manufacturing software tools and metrics such as PQCDSM to track and improve performance is essential.
