Expertise in analysing defects and executing market complaint resolution processes will be crucial for maintaining high-quality standards.
Proven track record of leading cross-departmental projects, including new product launches and mass production setups, is essential. Experience in implementing training schedules and managing daily workforce challenges underscores the candidate’s capability to uphold operational excellence.
Additionally, the ability to synchronise parts logistics across multiple tractor models, conduct comprehensive gap analyses of production and quality losses, and inspire a high-performing team aligns with the strategic objectives of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Farm Division.
