MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Country-Level Supply Management

  • Responsible for local OEM supply planning and ensure the right level of inventory health in the country DC.
  • Handles inter DC stock distribution, inbound / Customer prioritization when situation arises to minimize backorder.
  • Execute in-country manual allocation process and work with key stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met.
  • Provide Stock Build requirement per region approval governance. Liaise with GDP for execution of approved stock build.
  • Work with BU/customer on reasonable special requirements and support what if scenarios. Flag to GDP the country specific needs (ie shelf life, specific LOT).
  • Participate in Country S&OE, proactive communication on BO, Risks etc. To Country SCM Director and Country SIOP Leader
  • Manage the transition of MRP at SKU level to ensure liquidation of the old MRP before release of new MRP in the market.

Country DC Inventory Management

  • Activate Stock Reservation process in the country DC as and when required to support regulatory, mfg projects, tenders or during chronic backorder situation.
  • Responsible for country E&O quarterly provision, supported by Global Deployment Planner and Demand Planner.
  • Review expiry and blocked stock. Follow through on disposition and initiate scrap transaction/ approval per local scrap process.

Country Master Data

  • Responsible for OEM and Intra-DC Master data and work with MDO for Master Data transactions
  • Provide Country specific inputs for setting up and extension of new SKU
  • Trigger request to set-up T-Lanes with the Transportation team or Material Data Operation team

Exception Management

  • Coordinates and handles country-level exceptions such as relabeling, quality, logistics issues and audits.
  • Work with Country Commercial, GDP and Region Planning on the air freight business case and AFG approval.
  • Support country level specific reporting needs
  • Performs any other task as assigned by managers or leaders

Key Supply Chain Operation Metrics

  • BO, OTIF

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain Planning / Inventory Management experience
  • Experience across multiple business units and differentiated supply chains

Job Competency Requirements:

Process knowledge

  • Good understanding of E2E supply planning processes
  • Knowledge of S&OP and S&OE process.
  • Knowledge of India-specific Regulatory requirements
  • Understand go-to-market requirements and market conditions

People & communication skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to engage, negotiate and influence across supply planning team
  • Consensus driven

Systems & Analytics

  • Good knowledge on SAP, JDE, PowerBI, etc.
  • Efficient use of Excel
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to improve network and distribution planning activities

General

  • Good level of English (writing, reading, speaking and listening)
