Manufacturing Processes:
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes for electronics parts and machined, plastics components.
Materials:
Knowledge of various material grades and their suitability for specific applications in electrical and electronics manufacturing.
Surface Treatment:
Familiarity with surface treatment processes like painting, plating, and powder coating.
APQP:
Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and its application in part development.
Quality Tools:
Proficiency in using quality tools and processes to ensure seamless flow of information on quality concerns.
Component Development:
Ability to develop and procure components from vendors within time, cost, and quality objectives.
Supplier Management:
Experience in vendor analysis, rationalization, capacity assessment, and time frame agreement.
Design Review:
Ability to review design and manufacturing feasibility assessments with R&D.
Problem Solving:
Proactive identification and resolution of issues, maintaining quality standards.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with design teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Project Management:

Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to project goals.
Reporting:
Experience in creating and maintaining databases and systems for project-related MIS.
Responsibilities:
Part Development: Managing the entire process of part development, from initial design to final production.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that parts meet quality standards throughout the development and production lifecycle.
Cost Management: Working to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) targets for all new products and improvements to existing products.
Supplier Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their capacity and adherence to timelines.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress and performance
