This role will be a key player in the S&OP analytics vertical to ensure data management, creating dashboards, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across multiple functions. Key responsibilities will include performing critical analysis to generate value for the business, working with multiple data sources and evaluating quality and usability, transforming raw information into clear insights, and facilitating the development and rollout of analytical tools.
Stakeholder Coordination:
'-Identify and map data owners for key analysis areas. Build an understanding of data quality, frequency, and applicability.
'-Enhance understanding of on-ground activities that contribute to processes explaining data trends.
'-Establish and maintain relationships with ground to mid-level stakeholders to facilitate easy data access.
Data Clean-up & Sourcing:
'-Identify data sources within the system for various analytics activities.
'-Address data inconsistencies and create effective clean-up strategies.
'-Develop reusable methodologies for data clean-up and reuse.
Data Analysis:
'-Perform high quality analysis to support targeted business interventions.
'-Create clear and usable presentations/visualizations of data for business insights.
Dashboard Development:
'-Design dashboard wireframes, mapping data sources and necessary transformations.
'-Convert dashboard mock-ups to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) in collaboration with ADC development pods.
1-5 years of expereince
Auto, or any ancillary industries with an understanding of manufacturing & supply chain operations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
