Job Description

The Deputy Manager SD is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution processes to ensure efficient and accurate order-to-cash (O2C) operations. The role focuses on enabling seamless sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and revenue realization while ensuring strong integration with finance and logistics functions within SAP (ECC/S/4HANA).

  • Design and configure SAP SD solutions including sales orders, pricing procedures, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and output determination.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration including customer master, pricing conditions, open sales orders, deliveries, and billing documents.
  • Ensure seamless integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and other related modules.
  • Deliver project lifecycle phases including design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare support.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, support UAT cycles, and ensure minimal defects post go-live.
  • Maintain governance through documentation, internal controls (SoD), and compliance with audit and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams to align processes and resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, pricing optimization, and adoption of S/4HANA and Fiori capabilities.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to team members and end users.

Skills Required

  • SAP SD configuration end to end.
  • Pricing procedures, tax procedures, output control, text determination.
  • CIF/ATP, availability checks.
  • Billing plans, milestone billing, intercompany billing.
  • Data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs/IDocs).
  • Testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage.
  • Integration with FI, WM/EWM, MM, PP.
  • Basic ABAP read/debug capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology,

Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant. At least two full lifecycle SAP implementations or migrations (ECC to S/4HANA or similar) and strong experience in SD configuration, pricing, billing, and cross-module integration (FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM).

Relevant SAP Certification is preferred.
