Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Execute Design and Development of tractor hydraulic system, controls and build in circuit for operating auxiliary attachments. Project monitoring to ensure adherence to Delivery, Cost and specifications as per SNPD process. Up-gradation of existing hydraulics to meet changing customer requirements. Resolution of design related field quality issues / customer irritants. Coordinating activities to ensure adherence to TQM requirements. Identify and execute cost affective design options to reduce product cost. Ensuring product conformance to statutory requirements. Execute changes for resolution of design related Field quality issues / customer irritants within stipulated QCD targets, monitor and compare before/ after, end to end results to understand the gains. Forecast application transition trends and the technology transformation capacity / capability to bridge the gap between requirement and delivery. Create products and features to enlarge the application / usage of tractor not only for farm suitability but also as multi utility vehicle to the large benefit of our customers. Enhance capability of the team to deliver innovative, reliable and cost effective solutions. Coordinate activities amongst aggregates to ensure adherence to TQM requirements to facilitate process improvements. Resolution of Field complaints based on warranty RPH data. Addition of new features based on feedback and understand ing the latent needs of userson different model mix variants to improve operator comfort and safety. Cost re-engineering Redesign parts to reduce cost
