Requirements:

Qualifications: B.E/M.E

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in QMS, EMS & Social Compliances

Responsibilities:

1. To develop systems and Standard Operating procedures to ensure that all requirement is fulfilled to comply National/International standards, COC of customers and regulations related to integrated management system (Quality, Environment and Social)
2. To evaluate and perform gap analysis in existing systems/procedures, propose and implement changes to fulfill changing/new needs of COC pre-determined by existing/new customers and collaborate with stakeholder to ensure effective implementation.
3. Design and implement projects and processes that lead to environmental sustainability and protection by reducing/eliminating negative environmental impacts.
4. To develop and issue external audit plans, coordinate with auditing/regulatory bodies to plan audits and conduct pre and post audit activities with internal stakeholders to ensure the readiness and reduce potential non-conformalities in external audits.
5. To conduct internal audit against systems and procedures, issue reports, seek corrective actions and follow-up to complete actions to ensure effective closures.
6. Drive and develop environmental protection, health and Safety processes, programs and procedures within the organization while implementing behavior approach to safety and environment conservation and zero tolerance culture.
7. Heading all communication channel with customer, regulatory bodies, sales, handling customer technical queries and complains with root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, SPC, fish bone), investigation and taking corrective actions for customer satisfaction and incident investigation.
8. Ensure 100% compliance of policies and procedures related to elements/ guidelines of the Midas Safety Management (MSM) system and HSE responsibilities defined in Annexure A for ready reference.
9. Responsible for applying and maintaining product CE and UKCA certifications and extensions.
10. Supervising in-house laboratory for physical and chemical testing and analysis of materials, products, and environment contaminants.
