Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Reduction in R per 1000 and CPU for 3MIS and CPU to reduce the warranty failures by resolving the Top MIS concerns by using structured concern resolution process. Concern resolution in 60days for Sev 10-9 issues as well as in 120 days for less than Sev 8 issues by structured concern resolution approach. Internal concern resolution for design issues highlighted in Apex QCRT as well as NOVAC and LSP issues. PVT system establishment at Plant. Competency building for PVT members wrt to need. Mentoring, coaching for PVT members. Feedback to senior management on Warranty as Health card and escalation for something going wrong. Leading the PVT team. Interaction with Customer care, Rand D, mfg., and project team, SQA, etc. Learning deployment to new projects. As good as new at least for 5 years. New learnings deployment with in PVT. IQS reduction plan. Vehicle / Driveline systems and interface system. Manufacturing processes awareness. Problem solving tools. Warranty hand ling practices. Warranty/ IQS / Internal concerns data analysis. Product, Process and System Audits analysis. Product development and verification process. Benchmarking practices. IQS/Warranty/internal indicators data analysis. Product and process knowledge. Product testing and validation methods. Component design knowledge awareness. Vehicle systems, vehicle integration and product functions. Product and process knowledge. Design of components. vehicle systems, vehicle integration and product functions. Engineering stand ards awareness. Validation knowledge
