Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional to manage and promote the Electrical Distribution product range, including MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, SPDs, Distribution Boards, EV Chargers, and LV/MV Switchgear The role involves product lifecycle management, market analysis, pricing, technical support, and business growth.

• Manage the assigned product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies while ensuring product profitability.
• Provide technical support and application guidance to Sales and Business Development teams.
• Conduct product training for internal teams and channel partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for smooth product management and new product development.
• Support the creation of product literature, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Track product performance and recommend improvement actions.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 6–8 years in Product Management/Product Marketing.
• Experience with Electrical Distribution products such as MCB, RCCB, RCBO, SPD, Distribution Boards, EV Chargers, and LV/MV Switchgear

• Market mapping, competitor analysis, and business opportunity identification.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and profitability.
• Good understanding of power distribution concepts, electrical faults, application-based product selection, and relevant electrical standards
• Understanding of B2B (Projects) and B2C (Retail) business models in the electrical industry.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills.
