The Deputy Manager - Process Engineering in Tractor Assembly will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle of raw materials and components essential for manufacturing new products and enhancing existing services. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed market research to identify potential suppliers of materials, chemicals, adhesives, and packaging products. The incumbent will be tasked with evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery capabilities, ensuring alignment with production and operational requirements.
