Conducting and co-ordinating for improvements for Product, process and system audit.
Working on Proactive measures and improvement drives such as zero defect generation, Zero leak etc.
Day to day problem solving for Assly defects.
Field visits to understand customer and dealer issues and their end to end resolution (Reduction in customer issues.
Should have hand s on experience in hand ling manufacturing/customer quality in an OEM.Should have knowledge about ISO /TS systems.
Should have knowledge about FMEA,Kaizens, Pokeyoke and 5S.Added advantage if knowledge of 6 Sigma / TQM and TPM.Application of basic QC Tools.
Inspection and Auditing skills.Application of Quality Systems.
Knowledge of vehicle aggregates and testing.Knowledge of Assembly Process.Customer centric, Leadership, Man management skill
