Design and establishment of process for new products / models implementation at vehicle assembly.
Workout budget requirement, FTG procurement, Installation and commission for Product and process change management.
Study and analyze all PCRN and PDRN to accept for implementation and close as per check sheet for respective shops.
Ensure for DCP review as and when required and Process audit readiness for respective shop.
Line Process Concerns, Field concerns, Quality concerns resolutions effectively and efficiently.
Identify and implement Process improvement and WC reduction in existing Vehicle assembly process to improve overall productivity.
Preparation of new layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity of the TCF.
Design and implement the facility and equipment as per the PPAP guideline
