Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical turbines in the thermal power plant
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of turbine equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical challenges
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance overall team competency
  • Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and budget utilization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in mechanical turbine operations and maintenance
