Cityfurnish is looking for Deputy Manager- Operations/ City Manager to oversee the order fulfillment cycle of its B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing end to end operations and ensuring timely deliveries to the end user.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management for Mumbai and Pune.
• Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets.
• Play a key operation controller role of supporting the warehouse manager with daily plans and execution.
• Manage vendors, logistics & billings of 2 cities.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT refurbishment report, dead stock report etc.)
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Monitor a monthly budget in terms of expenses and refurbishment requirements.
• Resolve any arising problems, complaints or customer escalations.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Work proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.

Requirements

• 3 years+ experience in an operation, logistics role.
• Excellent communication skills- both written and oral
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work with blue-collar staff.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office
