Are you an experienced mental health professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in the Armagh area.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals with mental health needs.
- Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥: Minimum of two years of strong post-qualified experience in a relevant field.
- 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a mental health setting.

* Provide full Vetting, Interviews, Health questionnaires, Contracts, offer letters, and reference requests to take the pressure away and let you focus on the main element of running your business and supplying permanent staff to ensure continuity of employment and a happier workforce.
* We also offer Business planning tools.
We will manage the candidate onboarding until arrival in the UK and will arrange NMC App Fee, CTB, Medical EXAMINATION, TB Test, Travel insurance, and Training.
