What You Will Do *

• The role will lead Manufacturing Engineering for Avionics Operations- Electronics
• Lead a team of Engineers mentoring, training, managing performance and Daily trouble shooting.
• Should have experience in Aerospace industry and standards,
• Should have experience in Electronics Manufacturing and Testing ,FMEA, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing ,Six Sigma ,SPC, Tool and Jigs.
• Designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows to increase productivity.
• Overseeing the installation of new equipment, production line expansions, and the introduction of new products (NPI).
• Driving Lean initiatives, Reducing Waste, and ensuring compliance with Safety (EHS) and Quality standards.
• Managing capital projects, equipment installation, and new product introductions (NPD) from concept to production.

Qualifications You Must Have

• BE with Electronics with 10 to 15 Years
