
[What the role is]
As part of the Stakeholder Engagement section within the Safety Policy and Planning Division (SPP), you will play a significant role in the promotion of aviation safety, to support aviation safety regulation.
You will be part of a dynamic team that develops and drives CAAS’ aviation safety promotion strategy for the Singapore aviation sector, with a view to strengthening positive safety culture in the sector and internalising a safety mindset among aviation workers.

Pre-requisites
Experience in the fields of aviation safety, safety culture and/or safety promotion
Training in any of the relevant disciplines stated above
Preferred skillsets
Strong analytical and writing skills
Strong project management skills to be able to independently helm projects effectively
Experience in stakeholder engagement and/or communications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to drive collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
Strong motivation and desire to achieve excellence
Your appointment designation will be commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
