Job Description

Company Background:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project documentation including M&E drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
  • Ensure proper document control processes are followed, including version control, filing, and retrieval.
  • Oversee timely submission, tracking, and archiving of construction-related documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Support internal audits and project handover documentation requirements.
  • Implement improvements in document control systems and workflows.
  • Supervise and support documentation staff to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
  • Ensure alignment with quality standards, ISO procedures, and construction industry regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with project quality requirements and company quality management systems.
  • Coordinate quality inspections, non-conformance reporting (NCR), corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of quality-related records, procedures, and audit documentation.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance quality performance.
  • Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control and/or quality management within the construction industry.
  • Familiar with handling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) documentation.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and construction quality requirements is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
