Job Responsibilities
Operations:
Lead day-to-day optimisation and operational management of digital marketing campaigns across the region to ensure campaign delivery, performance alignment, and achievement of planned business outcomes
Own, plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns across social media, Google Marketing Suite and other advertising platforms.
Oversee the development and quality assurance of ad copies, captions, and descriptions for multiple advertising formats and channels
Provide strategic and data-driven recommendations on campaign planning and optimisation, leveraging internal performance data and insights where applicable
Partner closely with local marketing stakeholders across markets to formulate and implement acquisition and engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
Support in other projects and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Digital Marketing GSEA
Lead the preparation and presentation of campaign performance reports and business reviews for management and key stakeholders on a regular basis
What are we looking for?
Strong technical expertise in the digital performance marketing space (App business preferred) with hands-on experience managing campaigns, platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations
Expertise in analysing data and making decisions for a favourable business outcomes
Quick in decision-making and comfortable to pivot as per the requirement
Strong ability to manage change, align stakeholders, and drive collaboration within the team and across the extended marketing team
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of work experience with digital marketing, with advertising campaign operations, management & optimisation capability
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail
Collaborative team player who has the business objectives in mind and constantly works toward them
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple ongoing projects on time
