Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'1. Need to handle PM-E mobility drive & WVSCoP, Emission CoP testing of vehicles from planning to Execution for CoP related FTR
2. Alignment of new Government CMVR regulation across plant
3. Responsible for coordination with test agencies (ARAI/iCAT/VRDE) for CoP for current and future regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct test and audit in Weight ,Drag force ,E-Marking, Form 22 & parameters related to Vehicle regulation robustness
5. Able to plan, execute, and monitor internal audit
6. Prepare reports related to CoP dashboard, Data management and Data analysis
7. Traction battery CoP from planning to execution along with Govt test agency
8. Process audit at assembly line with respect to the CoP

Experience

(8 to 10 Years in In COP certification ) knowledge in automotive regulations / Knowledge in whole vehicle certification testing activities

' -Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of CMVR rules and regulations for Electric vehicles.
-handle system level tests & external agencies as per test plan.
-Regular update of TAC and CoP certificates library.
-Planning and execution of Internal CoP (Pre-CoP) and CoP certification activities with Type Approval test agencies.
Sound Knowledge about the Electric vehicle system, Brake , Steering, Battery and Controllers.

Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical/automobile)

General Requirements

'- Knowledge on AIS Standards
- Awareness of CMVR type approval certifications.
-Awareness of Motor vehicle Act and Regulations.
