Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple Financial Clearance teams to ensure achievement of operational goals, service excellence, and business objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity, quality, compliance, and performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivery of high-quality operational outcomes
  • Manage financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasting resource requirements, optimizing staffing models, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Develop, coach, and mentor leaders and team members to build a high-performing organization and strong leadership pipeline
  • Implement talent development strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, client guidelines, and industry standards through effective governance and compliance oversight
  • Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate compliance and quality concerns
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive innovation, process standardization, and operational excellence across Financial Clearance functions
  • Lead escalation management efforts, ensuring timely resolution of complex operational and client-related issues
  • Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports to senior leadership and client stakeholders
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience or Healthcare account experience
  • 3+ years of operations leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing Supervisors and SMEs
  • Experience managing operational and client performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Financial Clearance
    • Prior Authorization
    • Patient Access Operations
    • Revenue Cycle Management
    • Healthcare Payer Requirements
  • Proven advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills
