Role Purpose

This role is responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing and reporting, which includes financial reporting, performance reviews and assessment against plan. This role also acts as lead support to various other stakeholders in the organization for seeking various inputs within timeline and preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting decks with financial and business analysis.

Role Accountability

  1. Perform monthly closing activities on time and accurate reporting by running system-based R-16 reports at month-end, conducting detailed Profit & Loss analysis, assessment against plan Vs actual, liaisoning with stakeholders on Business risk and financial metrics
  2. Prepare and analyze timely and accurate internal reports and metrics (daily revenue summary, weekly SMT presentation, shareholding pattern presentation) on a periodic basis and circulate to internal departments and stakeholders and provide plan Vs actual analysis and other key performance metrics
  3. Prepare and analyze timely and accurate Board presentation / investor deck / monthly reporting performance decks by analyzing and reporting key portfolio trends, Assets quality, Gross and Net Credit loss, revenue composition and its trend analysis, detailed COF, receivables and capital adequacy analysis, analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet
  4. Prepare and analyze timely and accurate analyst report to SBI Bank as well as Cenmac reporting covering details about key portfolio, business and financial metrics and their change compared to last quarter & year; Preparation of annual MOU -Macro trends for planning and forecasting
  5. Provide inputs for automation and digitization of processes and activities
  6. Prepare and Analyze market share in cards, spends & transactions and shareholding pattern presentation
  7. Prepare assigned regulatory report-outs
  8. Prepare process documentation and compliance adherence

  4. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation
