Job Description

Commissioning Execution
  • Execute commissioning activities of CHP systems including conveyors, crushers, feeders, stackers, reclaimers, and auxiliaries.
  • Perform pre-commissioning checks such as inspection, alignment, lubrication, and readiness verification.
  • Support trial runs, system start-ups, and performance testing of CHP equipment.
  • Ensure commissioning activities are completed as per defined timelines and project schedules.
Testing & System Validation
  • Conduct functional checks, loop testing, and validation of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with Electrical and C&I teams for interlock verification and automation logic testing.
  • Identify and resolve issues during commissioning and stabilization phases.
Coordination & Support
  • Work closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal teams during commissioning activities.
  • Assist senior team members in execution planning and issue resolution.
  • Support operations team during handover and stabilization period.
Safety & Compliance
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE standards at site.
  • Participate in safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
  • Identify risks and take preventive actions during commissioning activities.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and activity records.
  • Provide regular progress updates and highlight key risks/issues to reporting manager.
  • Ensure proper documentation for system handover to operations team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
