Job Description

• Prepare and certify bills and invoices in alignment with contract terms, ensuring compliance with Indian Standard specifications and IS codes.
• Review and validate engineering drawings and measurements for various structures, including industrial and non-industrial buildings, warehouses, container yards, and utility structures.
• Coordinate with site teams, finance, and audit departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Develop and maintain standardized billing templates, formats, and databases for nationwide use.
• Manage material reconciliation and vendor payment processes using SAP, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
• Prepare cash flow statements, payment dashboards, and reconciliation reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Conduct on-site verification of contractor bills, including Civil and MEP works, ensuring alignment with tender rates and measurement sheets.
• Facilitate contractual correspondence with contractors regarding construction schedules, deviations, recoveries, and other statutory requirements.
• Support the final closing and capitalization of projects, ensuring compliance with Indian Standards and internal protocols.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining functionality, safety, and quality.

• Proficiency in billing, contract management, and audit processes, with a minimum of 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems for billing and material management.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing cash flow statements, payment dashboards, and reconciliation reports.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Additional certifications in contract management or SAP systems are preferred.
