Location: Bhiwadi (Delhi/ NCR)

Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Deputy Manager-Application Technology :

• Introduction and implementation of customized technology applications, services and solutions -monitored by senior colleague.
• Drive sustainable and profitable business growth in his region
• Respond to customer requirements through customer visits, managing customer lab requests and work prioritization
• Constant margin improvement through supporting raw materials substitution projects of technology development and margin improvement initiatives
• Continuous market and competitor observation from the technology point of view to ensure the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs
• Project management to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards – monitored by senior colleague
• Deal with external technical partners, market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility as well as cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group
• To provide the consumption plan of Non-moving-FG/RM/Slow Moving
• Participation in various inter-company projects
• Where applicable work in close co-operation with Cross functional team like SCM /TD /Production/QC to continually improve performance at product manufacturing and continuously improve professional expertise.
• Analysis of customer & internal complaints to provide the appropriate corrective & preventive action within time frame.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the lab, plant and customer site
• Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company.

Your Profile – What do You bring as Deputy Manager-Application Technology

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Min. 8-12 years of comprehensive experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.)
• Smallteam management experience preferred
• Qualification _ MSc (Chemistry)/ BTech ( Chemical/Polymer)
