HRSI is looking for Deputy Manager Administration for one of its leading client.

Job Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Manage petty cash and oversee procurement of local market items, including requisitions and cash handling through ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of approved and pending requisitions in the ERP.
• Distribute cash salaries to workers securely and on time.
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations; maintain required documentation.
• Lead and supervise the admin team, overseeing housekeeping, fleet, and security operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff while ensuring effective workforce administration.
• Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures in line with company standards.
• Monitor and enforce security protocols; manage in-and-out logs for employees, visitors, and materials.
• Plan and execute company-wide events, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
• Drive continuous improvement in administrative functions and operational processes.
