Location: Bedborough House

Compensation: £15.25 / hour

Description

Bedborough House is located in Radstock, Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. Our home is located in a residential area, surrounded by the beautiful views of Somerset.

We provide person-centred support, promoting independence, daily living skills and access to the community, helping to improve our residents’ quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by:

  • Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans

  • Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive
