We're looking for an experienced retail leader with a strong background in managing large, complex operations to join our flagship London Piccadilly store as Deputy General Manager. Supporting the leadership of around 150 colleagues, you'll play a key role in driving performance across one of Boots' most high-profile locations. Home to a market-leading Beauty Hall, Pharmacy, Healthcare and Wellness offering, this store sits in the heart of central London and showcases the very best of the Boots brand. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, including four Assistant Managers and a dedicated 12-week induction programme designed to set you up for success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step towards Flagship management.
