Job Description

As the Deputy Manager in NUMERIC - Key Accounts Sales department, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and managing relationships with key clients. Your expertise in hardcore sales and customer-facing roles will be instrumental in driving our commercial segment's success. This is an individual contributor role, offering ample opportunities for growth and impact within the organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the commercial market effectively.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building strong relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to build a strong brand reputation.

  • A graduate degree in any field, preferably with a specialization in sales or marketing.
  • 4-6 years of experience in hardcore sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with the commercial segment and an understanding of UPS, Servo stabilizers, and switchgears.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
  • A results-driven and customer-centric approach to work.
