Job Title

Deputy ManagerB.Tech (Mechanical) with 8 to 13 Years Experience in API Plant maintenance, Modification works, HVAC Maintenance, Documentation. Should have knowledge in GMP, SAP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices.

B.Tech (Mechanical) with 8 to 13 Years Experience in API Plant maintenance, Modification works, HVAC Maintenance, Documentation. Should have knowledge in GMP, SAP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices.

• To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment’s condition
• Co-ordination with Production Officers in shift to solve any maintenance problems.
• Following Plant maintenance & Modification jobs.
• Delegation of work to workmen as per planning attending to breakdown jobs.
• After completion of maintenance activity , Closing of Job orders in SAP
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• Work distribution of work orders as prescribed.
• Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
• Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
• Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members).
• Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
• Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior.
• As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment’s must be complete in time.
• Update the history records.
• Conducting trainings to the team.
