Job Title: Residential Children’s Deputy Manager
Location: Moston, Greater Manchester
Salary: £42,491.20 per annum (including 11 sleep-ins per month)
Hourly Rate: £15.49 per hour
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

Service Users: Young people aged 8–18 with complex needs
Qualifications Required: Fully funded Level 3–5 qualifications available

Our client is looking for a warm, patient and caring Deputy Manager who is passionate about helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes.
You will be a strong listener, an encourager and someone who can build meaningful relationships with young people whilst maintaining appropriate boundaries and promoting independence.
