We are seeking a motivated and values-driven Deputy Manager who is passionate about creating a positive culture within a Children’s Residential setting. You should be proactive, confident supporting teams, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will:
Provide practical and emotional support to empower the staff team 💛
Support the development of Support Workers through coaching, supervision, training, appraisals and rota management
Lead on safe, effective, caring and well-led practice
Create and maintain person-centred support plans
Support quality assurance, record keeping, and continuous improvement
