Salary:
Hourly Rate: £16.50 per hour
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month
Employment Type: Perm
Sleep-ins: £45 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young people aged 8–17 with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce, QCF Level 5 Leadership/Management or prepared to study

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager who can support the day-to-day running of a children’s home and lead by example. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, supporting staff development, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people.
You should be confident in managing challenging behaviours, supporting care planning, and working alongside the Registered Manager to drive positive outcomes for young people.
