Priory Bishops Gate is a residential service, located in St. Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex. We provide support to males and females between the ages of 18 and 65, who are on the autistic spectrum who may also be presenting complex needs.

Are you passionate about improving lives and inspiring others to deliver outstanding care? We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Deputy Home Manager to join our supportive and dedicated team.
Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll help ensure our home remains a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. You’ll lead by example—supporting senior colleagues, mentoring new team members, and helping to maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
You’ll be confident in making decisions when needed, while also valuing collaboration and teamwork. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience as a Deputy Manager and a genuine commitment to developing both yourself and those around you.
A caring nature, professional approach, and strong work ethic are essential, along with reliability and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
