Roles & Responsibilities :

• You are leading a team of experienced IT consultants and developers and actively develop the team to work in an agile organization.

• You describe the overall vision for the Order-to-Cash process chain, considering strategic objectives from mobility division (BBM) and IT (BD), overall SAP strategy and BBM mobility architecture.

• Furthermore, you actively participate in the process design, keep focus on technical aspects, drive re-usability and the usage of SAP Standard.

• You will consult User Department of mobility division (BBM) and Governance Functions in all O2C related questions and align dependencies with adjoining process areas.

• Additionally, you are an active part of the development team, you prioritize requirements and provide feedback on an ongoing basis.

• You will conduct the Product Lifecycle Management for your process chain, incl. Design & Build, Rollout, Support & Maintenance.

• Collaborating with other IT Product Development Teams and Chief Product Owners to identify synergies and drive standardization will be one of your tasks.

• You address cross-team prioritization conflicts and drive resolution with other Product Owners.

• As a product owner (deputy) you assist in defining the team set-up within E2E process, identify required competencies and ensure staffing.
  
  

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

University degree in computer science or comparable course of studies (B.E / BTech and/or MBA / MCA)

Experience :

10+ years’ experience in design/ implementation/ consulting in SAP O2C projects and as leader of expert teams

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Expertise in sales IT applications, preferable automotive background andSAP S/4 HANA know-how in SD, EWM and TM

Preferred Skills :

Entrepreneurial thinking, good communication skills, willingness to learn, pro-active and self-organized, strong analytical and problem solving skills, customer oriented, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work in complex environments

Additional Information

Very good English skills plus German (preferably)
